ZSJ series twin screw extruder
This extruder is co-rotating twin screw extruder ,materials can achieve ideal dispersed and kneaded effect after fully hot-melted under the precise intermeshing action of the conveying elements and kneading elements on the screws.
Main Features
*High output capacity and excellent mixing efficiency, glossiness can increased 3-5 degree than normal extruder.
*Clamshell barrel has high efficient heat-exchange and automatic temperature control system
*The two side open barrel design ,easy to clean
*Hopper with screw shaft ensuring the uniform material feeding
*Automatic alarm control system of lubricating oil (optional equipment)
*Advanced two way PID temperature control system with tolerance ±2 ℃
*The clamshell barrel equipped with automatic recycling filtered water cooling system (optional equipment)
*Screw barrel is segment liner design
*Electric control type with three options
(a) Normal control – ZSJ-A
(b) design according to the EU standard – ZSJ-B
(c) Touch screen computer display and PLC control – ZSJ-C
*Gearbox designed in lower noise and high speed
To void the raw material jam in the hopper , the feeder is with vibrate or swing system(optional equipment)
*There is strong permanent metal magnetic detector system at hopper
