Undispersed resin particles are prone to appear in the coating, and the coating film is prone to shrinkage.

The high-speed mixer is a device with both mixing and crushing functions. The general mixing time is 3 to 5 minutes. It is the most ideal raw material mixing equipment for powder coatings.

 

This equipment is generally equipped with two or three motors. The motor installed in the center of the mixing tank drives the stirring blade. The general speed is below 20r/min, which mainly plays a mixing role; the other or two motors are installed On the side of the mixing tank, the general rotation speed is 2900r/min, which drives the crushing hammer, which is mainly used for crushing. For the mixing tank with a capacity of more than 500L, install two motors. High-speed mixers for thermosetting powder coatings are generally not equipped with cooling devices. This type of mixing equipment has simple structure, no dead corners in the tank, and convenient cleaning, color change and paint changes. At present, most domestic manufacturers use this equipment for raw materials the mix of. In addition, some foreign-funded factories and some large powder manufacturers in China choose the automatic mixer as the hopper movable (tipping bucket) mixer.

 

The working principle of mobile mixing hopper

 

Domestic manufacturers such as Sanli Machinery and other manufacturers have such equipment. The working principle of this mobile mixing hopper is that after the hopper containing the raw materials to be mixed is pushed to the station, it is lifted by the automatic control system, combined with the mixing cover and locked tight. The hopper and the stirring cover are turned over together, and the mixing is carried out during the turning over. After the mixing process is completed, the hopper automatically returns to the original station. The entire working cycle is automatically controlled by a programmable controller (PLC). Uniform mixing, high production efficiency, no solidified particles.
